1. Return Eligibility
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, food products sold on our website are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a leaking or broken package.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received an expired product.
- The product was significantly damaged during transit.
- The package was tampered with before delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened food products.
- Products that have been consumed, either partially or fully.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
- Products purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products returned without valid proof.
3. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Replacement Policy
If your claim is verified and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product, subject to availability; or
- A replacement with an equivalent product; or
- A refund, if a replacement is not possible.
The decision of the Company regarding the appropriate resolution shall be final.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Estimated refund timelines are:
- UPI Payments: 3–5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Wallet Payments: As per the respective payment provider
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds may be processed through bank transfer after verification.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account:
- Please wait for confirmation from your bank or payment gateway.
- If the transaction is unsuccessful, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank.
If you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact our customer support. After verification, the excess amount will be refunded.

11. Abuse of Return Policy

- Intentional product damage
