Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation on your registered email address. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact our support team.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
Order Tracking
You can track your shipment using the tracking details shared after dispatch. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Returns & Refunds
At Baya India, we take great care in packaging every order. Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, we will gladly assist you if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The package is damaged during transit.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Clear photos of the product and package
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
