1. No Returns Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer a replacement in the following cases:
- If you receive the wrong product.
- If the product is damaged or tampered with during shipping.
Conditions for Replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product as proof.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided for any perishable items once delivered, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., product not delivered).
- In case of a failed transaction or payment deduction without order confirmation, please contact us. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7-10 business days.
